I made the oatmeal-chocolate cookie bars from the old
Joy of Cooking, with half the sugar called for but all of the butter. They're good, but I wonder if they aren't really gilding the lily with a combo fudge and oatmeal cookie. I also wanted to start some sourdough for next week, but I found out my rye flour, bought a mere couple of months ago, was infested with bugs. Grain moths, I guess.
