Alex Kuczynski's report on slow lifting (under
fashion?). And so is
Clarence Bass, although all I can say about his
pic is ewwww. Maybe later I'll look for the article by Richard Winett that he mentions. I found another, "Potential Benfits of Resistance Training", not available to the hoi polloi.
