Rebecca Miller's
Personal Velocity: Three Portraits (2002) was great. From the blurb I expected it was going to be about mistreated women, but it was far more nuanced than that. But I've got little to say about movies I really like. I think the library got it like Lois Weber's (and Phillips Smalley's?)
The Blot, (1921), which I also liked. Hey, the bizman wasn't a bad guy! Nor was his somewhat spoiled son!
