Twenty things you must eat before you die. I've had stewed pig's ear (not fried), and didn't especially go for it. Peking duck is absolutely worth it. So is the durian. The other stuff--I guess I'll have to find out. Although most of it is pretty pricey. I wonder  what the people who love 
George Monbiot think of this food.
